Located in historic York County SC, the beautiful 215-acre ranch offers our visitors the unique opportunity to view and learn about bison in a natural environment. We manage our ranch and herds using holistic and sustainable practices. We share our passion for these wonderful animals with people of all ages. Bison Spotlight
Dana and Fred are delighted to announce that they have their farm to table dinner planned and booked for May 28. The gala event will be held in the ranch’s visitor center barn, which overlooks the beautiful ranch and the rolling hills of western York County. The theme for the first of their 2022 dinners will be “Bison Blues and Jazz”.
They are excited to have secured Chef Rob Massone for this event. He has worked in hotels and casinos such as The Paris, Ballys, The Metropolitan and Caesars Palace In Las Vegas, while working side by side with some of the best chefs and event planners in the industry. Chef Rob is owner the renown Kounter (www.kounterdining.com) and Kre8 (www.kre8events.com/), and he will be selecting the wine pairings for the passed hors d’oeuvres and the 4-course dinner. Live music for the evening will be by The Jazz Group Project, a seasoned quartet of three musicians and a singer. The event will be limited to 100 guests.
